The next level of mastering Claude Code.

You already know how to drive Claude Code from discovery to delivery (typically from Claude Code for Product Managers: From Beginner to Advanced): you prompt it, with your skills, MCPs and artifacts set up.

But it only works when you are there. How do you make it run on its own, so your product improves while you are with customers, stakeholders, or asleep?

Part of your job is now managing a team of autonomous agents while you focus elsewhere. One sizes a feature request's business opportunity. One turns a bug into a pull request. One turns a feature into a prototype and tests it with an agent that plays your persona.

In 4 sessions of 1.5 hours, you build and maintain that team, on a real-life example (as a PM at Excalidraw) or on your own.

Autonomous does not mean unsupervised. You still review what matters. The rest, agents review each other, in agent loops and agent graphs, a check at each step.

What you’ll learn

By the end, you run a team of agents that work on your product while you spend time where you add value: customers, tests, stakeholders.

  • What an autonomous agent is made of, and what makes it safe to run

  • A recap of skills, subagents and custom commands

  • A recap of routines and the @Claude tag, the two ways to launch an agent

  • An agent that writes your daily brief every day while you sleep

  • A swarm that takes a feature request to a tested prototype, ready to hand over

  • A team that turns a bug into a pull request during your customer call

  • Why an agent never hands over without a written bar to clear

  • An agent loop: retries until a check passes. An agent graph: agents hand over

  • Where you close the loop yourself, and where agents close it for you

  • Why a persona agent is the right first user to confront a prototype

  • How to feed it: interviews, support tickets, usage data, your own notes

  • Where to plug it in: the last gate before a prototype is handed over

  • How to package skills, subagents and commands into one plugin

  • How to publish a marketplace and update it in one command

  • A live check: a teammate installs it on a second machine

Who this course is for

  • Product Managers and Product Owners steering toward the AI-native Product Builder role. You'll learn to run a team of agents on your work.

  • Product Designers and Software Engineers who want to become AI-native Product Builders. You'll learn to turn ideas into PRs and prototypes.

  • Leaders and Heads of Product who manage AI-native Product Builders. You'll learn which gates to set, what to review, what agents decide.

Prerequisites

  • You already master the Claude Code basics

Typically you took my beginner PM course. If not: you use Claude Code every week, connect it to tools via MCP and can set up a skill.

  • A Claude plan, GitHub, Slack and a laptop

Claude Pro or higher, a free GitHub account, a Slack workspace where you can add Claude (I cover the fallback), and a laptop. No coding.

  • No codebase of your own needed

We work on a fork of Excalidraw and its real GitHub issues, so you bring nothing. Every agent maps to your own repo when you are ready.

After each session, an assignment applies what you built to your own product, or to the Excalidraw fork: your brief running three mornings in a row, a bug from Slack to PR, a request through the whole graph, your plugin installed by a teammate. Optional, but this is where it sticks. Jules reviews every submission and sends written feedback.

Async content

1 hr / week

Every session is recorded. Rewatch the replay when you want to review a concept from class, redo a build step at your own pace, or catch up on a session you missed. Optional: about 30 minutes a week, depending on how much you want to revisit.
