In 3 hands-on sessions of 1.5 hours, you go from zero to real PM workflows. In week 1, we install Claude Code together: nobody gets left behind. On the agenda: the core concepts and generating your first app, then connecting Claude Code to Lovable, Notion and Figma via MCP servers and skills, and finally building an automated competitive-research pipeline with subagents and custom commands. Every participant leaves with personalized corrections on their own workflows.

No coding experience required. Just bring your laptop, your Claude subscription, and your curiosity.

What you’ll learn

By the end, you'll run your PM work in Claude Code: PRDs, prototypes, MCP, skills, and agents that automate tasks like competitive watch.

Install Claude Code step by step on your machine, even if you've never opened a terminal
Understand the main commands, the different modes, and how to stay safe when running commands
Your first prompts, and how Claude Code reads and edits files

Use Claude Code to generate, refine, and iterate on Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
Understand CLAUDE.md files and how they shape Claude Code's behavior on a project
Learn to manage context: give Claude Code the right information for the best results

Configure and use MCP servers in Claude Code to connect your product tools
Connect Claude Code to Notion: query databases, create pages, sync data
Connect Claude Code to Figma: pull design specs and bridge design and product

Understand what skills are and how to create them to supercharge your workflows
Extend Claude Code with community and custom plugins
Combine MCP servers, skills, and plugins for powerful cross-tool automations

Understand subagents and how they enable concurrent, parallel work

No coding experience required
This bootcamp starts from scratch. We assume you've never opened a terminal or written a line of code.
A laptop (Mac or Windows) with permission to install software
You'll install Claude Code right after the first session. We'll guide you step by step through the setup.
An Anthropic subscription
The Pro plan (€18/month) is enough to get started with Claude Code.
