For a small or medium business, creator partnerships are a high-leverage channel and an easy one to waste money on. The wrong creators, a missing contract clause, or a campaign launched without tracking can erase a $5,000 test without a trace. After 17 years in this industry, I can tell you nearly every failure traces back to a handful of preventable mistakes.

I have run influencer campaigns for Reebok, Procter & Gamble, Land Rover and Jaguar Canada, Kraft Heinz, and Converse, built influencer and affiliate programs in-house, and guest lecture at NYU. This course compresses that experience into a four-week working sprint.
