This AI course by Sandhiya & Q has completely changed how I think about learning. Instead of overwhelming you upfront, it breaks everything into bite-sized, digestible modules that feel almost effortless to get through. Each small lesson builds on the last, quietly stacking up your understanding without you even realizing how much ground you're covering. Then, almost like a reveal, the cumulative learning hits you and you realize you've absorbed concepts that would normally feel intimidating. The pacing respects your time while still delivering real depth. It's a smart, low-pressure way to build serious AI knowledge. Highly recommend for anyone who wants substance without the burnout !

I recently completed the AI for People Leaders cohort on Maven and came away having learned much more than I expected. What I found was a community of people leaders who were all trying to answer similar questions: How do we thoughtfully incorporate AI into our work? Where do we start? What does responsible adoption actually look like? One of the most valuable parts of the experience was realizing you weren't the only one wrestling with those questions. The conversations were candid, practical, and judgment-free. Cohort members shared challenges, ideas, and lessons learned with a level of openness and vulnerability that made the experience much richer. The program also pushed me beyond simply learning about AI. I got hands-on experience building agents, developed a much deeper understanding of tools like Claude Code, and started to see what's possible when you move from consuming AI to actually creating with it. A huge thank you to Q Hamirani and Sandhiya Thiruvengadam. Sandhiya met people where they were, whether they were just getting started or already experimenting. She was patient, encouraging, and generous with her time, even offering to continue conversations beyond the sessions themselves. I'm leaving with new skills, new perspectives, and plenty of ideas I'm excited to continue exploring. Most importantly, I'm leaving with a community of thoughtful, curious people leaders who challenged, inspired, and supported one another along the way and I know many of those connections will continue well beyond this cohort. I came in as a seasoned People Ops leader who could talk about AI but had never built with it. Five weeks later I had shipped three working tools, including a compensation assistant with real backend automation and a human in the loop. It is hands on and built around shipping, not theory, which makes it exactly right for senior HR leaders who want to actually build something.
