As Founder & Chief Storytelling Officer of 10 Nexus, I’ve coached leaders at Google, PayPal, First Round, Techstars, GrowthSpace, mentored a Miss Earth winner and the youngest-ever Shark Tank finalist, and led workshops for global teams.

As a host, I’ve taken the stage for SAP, FPT, the US and Dutch Consulates and others in English, French and Vietnamese.

The Power of Story: Storytelling for Cross-Cultural Leaders

Loved the reflection prompts sent before the session and the guided exercises during the workshop. I particularly appreciated the space our cohort provided to support one another. I felt a bit exposed speaking in public, but in a good way (helped me break out of my comfort zone). The feedback I received on how my story lands to different audiences and industries was particularly useful. The workshop felt very fast-paced. I would recommend perhaps breaking it down to shorter sessions (so we'd have more time to reflect in between) versus a single compressed workshop. Look forward to continuing to practice this storytelling craft.

The Power of Story: Storytelling for Cross-Cultural Leaders

Really appreciate the practical tools and storytelling framework I picked up during these two fast-paced hours with Henry and the group. I have never truly taken the time to sit down to refine the leadership story I share with my team, or with others outside my company. Henry guided us to reflect on our signature leadership story type, and with some guided group and individual exercises, helped each of us arrive at a succinct, highly impactful signature leadership story. The group both held space and provided helpful feedback on how my story landed across diferent functions.
