PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer & Trainer

ISO 9001 tells you what a quality management system needs to accomplish, but turning those requirements into a practical system for your own organization can be much harder.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll first learn how I turned ISO 9001 requirements into real QMS components for my start-up company to work towards ISO 9001 certification. Then, you’ll work with your own company, processes, products, services, people, risks, and quality goals to begin building a practical ISO 9001:2026 quality management system. We’ll use a workflow and templates throughout the workshop, to help you make decisions around what makes sense for your organization and leave with concrete work completed toward implementing your own system.
This workshop is designed for small to medium-sized businesses and non-profits considering ISO 9001 implementation, strengthening an existing QMS, or preparing for future certification audits.
