I’m Dr. Laura Harris, CEO and co-founder of Harris Analytics Institute. I’m a PECB-certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer and Trainer, with a PhD in Biomedical Informatics and a background spanning laboratory science, teaching, data science, and technical operations.
At Harris Analytics, I have built and implemented an ISO 9001-based quality management system to support a growing organization that develops products, provides technical services, and delivers professional education. My approach to quality is hands-on: ISO requirements should translate into processes, responsibilities, controls, measurements, and improvements that actually help an organization operate better.
I teach ISO 9001 by showing participants how to apply it to their own organization, not by simply walking through clauses.
