Strategic Localization Certification

Highly recommend the Strategic Localization course. The hands-on projects from building a Localization Manifesto and mapping organizational influence, were invaluable, and having the playbook and Strategic Solution Canvas as ongoing reference tools is fantastic. Kevin is a fantastic instructor with deep industry expertise and experience. You will definitely leave with new actionable insights for your localization role and the tools needed to push localization from an operational function to a truly strategic driver.

Strategic Localization Certification

- Turning an ROI case into a roadmap with clear tracks and measurable milestones - Piloting AI on one bottleneck first, with success metrics defined upfront - Mapping dependencies on the product roadmap so localisation is planned in, not added on

Strategic Localization Certification

Fantastic and still incredibly relevant course that equips with the skills and convictions you need to make localization voices heard in wider business contexts. Kevin gives very pragmatic advice - general or for your specific case - and keeps the sessions light and focused.

Strategic Localization Certification

The course had a clear structure and a good pace, so it was easy to stay engaged throughout. I really enjoyed the discussions we had during the lessons, as they gave me a few new angles on things I deal with at work. The homework was insightful too, and it helped connect the ideas to real situations instead of staying too theoretical. All in all, the course was a helpful refresher and gave me some new ideas to take forward.
