Across four practical sessions, you'll learn how to use Microsoft's built-in agents, understand where each one adds the most value, and build your own no-code Copilot Agent around work you do every week.

By the end of the course, you'll move beyond asking Copilot individual questions and start using AI as an active teammate that helps you get more done.

This course is designed for people who have:

· Completed Part 1: How to Actually Use Microsoft Copilot, or

· Equivalent experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot confidently for everyday tasks.

You'll also need:

· A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence

If you're still building your confidence with Copilot, start with Part 1 and come back to this when you are ready.

Go from prompting Copilot for small tasks to running a team of agents that handle your heavy lifting with less input.

  • Learn the difference between automation, AI, and agentic AI
