Command Presence under Pressure

Take this class it's one of the best investments in myself that I have made. Keeping cool, deescalating and resolving tactfully is one of the most challenging skills to master and one of the most respected. Rosalee Gordon helped me see that I didn't suck as much as I thought I did. Hearing what I did well, then what I can improve on in the heat of the moment with real implementable feedback was incredibly helpful. She is an amazing coach! Elena is such a natural teacher, if shes teaching it she's lived through it. Hearing how she was able to work through some INSANE situations was so inspiring. Having her breakdown what she did and why it was succesful is one of the rarest insights into the genius of her leadership. Seriously it ended so well that the group wants to keep praticing together! Such a great experience.

Elena covered executive presence and finance for digital products, two areas most product programs treat as afterthoughts. The finance module was where it clicked for me. The shift isn’t about learning accounting. It’s about understanding what a CPO-level conversation around capital allocation and return on product investment actually looks like versus how a PM frames the same discussion. A PM defends a roadmap. A CPO defends a portfolio bet. That distinction changes how you show up in a boardroom. If you’re serious about operating at the C-suite level, the gap is rarely product craft. It’s financial fluency and executive communication. This training closed real gaps for me. Thank you, Elena.
