This course is for AI curious professionals who want to move beyond “prompting” and start building the skills of a future Chief AI Officer without already being a CIO, CDO, or executive. You’ll learn how CAIOs think about AI strategy, use cases, governance, and delivery, and you’ll practice these skills on realistic scenarios so you can position yourself for CAIO type opportunities.
Across 4 weeks, you’ll go from “I understand AI” to “I can think like a CAIO.” You’ll build a personal CAIO skills map, design a simple AI portfolio and governance approach, and create a concrete development plan that bridges the gap between where you are today and where you want to be.
