It was an excellent course and cohort! What I valued most about it was the candid conversations and space to reflect on our own challenges as well as learn from other's experiences. Rachel was incredible is addressing everyone's questions and concerns with thoughtfulness, honesty and very very practical insights.I especially appreciated her willingness to share the hard truths :) I'd happily do it all over again just to learn from a different cohort! Highly recommend it to anyone navigating and constantly questioning their journey as a design leader.

This was an incredibly valuable course in helping me move from a functional leader to a strategic leader. It shifted how I think about my role, from leading a design team to operating as a business leader who uses design as a lens. Rachel brings real experience and gives you practical frameworks you can put to use right away. The real value comes from the reflections and projects, so be prepared to engage and apply the lessons. You get as much out of this class as you put into it.

An incredible learning and collaboration experience! The principles shared in the Design Leadership course extend far beyond design and are highly applicable to areas like Product, Engineering, and organizational leadership.
