Designing trustworthy AI was worth every second. The lectures were packed with rich information and the assignments helped me to greatly understand the concepts involved.

I really enjoyed learning about designing Trustworthy AI Experiences with Jason. The course structure had us build an AI product prototype to consider different trust considerations for AI products, using an expanded product development flow that demonstrated recommended uses of AI within the workflow. Jason has created many great worksheets and evaluations that could help solo practitioners or team members work through trust considerations. I look forward to using everything I learned in this course in the wild!

Jason is a good teacher, keeping space for his students, making work constructive, and meeting them where they are. Add to that, he's very experienced as a designer and brings hands-on, tactical, and current information into each class.

Jason's view on AI and trust encourages us to rethink how we use AI, emphasizing the goal of making the product or feature trustworthy. With that in mind, I have continuously iterated and refined my process, seeing clear improvements.
