This isn't just another career workshop. It's an experience that combines proven visioning and career ideation techniques with the power of meaningful connection.

As part of the cohort, you will be assigned to a small group of attendees going through similar career stages to cultivate friendship, community, support and connection:

With two decades of executive leadership experience and a Master's in Social Psychology from Brown University, Christine brings a combination of strategic insight and empathy when helping individuals navigate career inflection points.


As the leader of GoFundMe's research program and a trusted consultant to organizations like Harvard Business School, HubSpot, and Penn Medicine, Christine's superpower is the ability to help individuals and organizations create a vision for moving forward.

When reimagining your career, it's often necessary to examine other areas of your life, including your health, wellness, relationships, and personal interests. We will guide you through prioritizing which areas you most would most like to address in the program.

Uncover breakthrough insights about your strengths, likes, and dislikes

Through self reflection and in-depth discovery conversations with the people who know you best, you will gain insight into what career direction best suits you at this stage of life.

Identify your "zone of genius" at different stages of your career

We will guide you through Career Inventory and Life Mapping exercises to identify where your talents and expertise can be successfully brought together as you move forward.

Create and ideate on a vision of your next career act

Leveraging the design thinking and visioning methods Christine has used with some of the most successful product companies, you will use those same strategies to ideate on several long-term visions for your future,

Iterate and refine your vision with your small group council

After creating a vision for your next act, you will have the opportunity to present and receive feedback from your council group.

Remove barriers and take action

Through an Opportunity Assessment, you will gain the clarity needed to create an action plan and prioritize the next steps to achieve your career goals.

Design a series of pilots to launch, measure, learn, and refine your career trajectory

You will design a set of small action plans to execute on your vision and begin your next chapter.

Christine Perfetti

Christine Perfetti

Founder, Perfetti Media and Lift Up Connections

Christine Perfetti is an entrepreneur, researcher, product advisor, and 2x founder.


She is the Founding Principal of Perfetti Media, a product consulting company and CEO/Founder of Lift Up Connections, a group accelerator program for women navigating career pivots.


Christine built the product discovery programs at GoFundMe, Carbonite, Acquia, and TuneIn, and led product visioning workshops for Harvard Business School, WeSpire, HubSpot, Curriculum Associates, and Penn Medicine, among others. She uses these same techniques and methods to guide individuals through the process of visioning their next acts.


Before launching her own businesses, Christine was the Head of User Experience at Carbonite and Acquia, two highly successful startups.
