Based on Christine Perfetti’s Only You Reinvention Framework, developed through hundreds of interviews with women who have successfully reinvented their careers and lives, the program combines research-backed methods, social psychology, visioning, and experimentation to help you move to action.

Through a small peer council, you will:

What you’ll learn

Identify your Spark, Strengths, and Zone of Genius you want to use more fully
Take stock of the Career Capital you have built across your experiences, skills, relationships, and accomplishments

Explore what you want more of: meaning, freedom, creativity, connection, flexibility, income, contribution, or something else entirely
Develop multiple visions for your future, including both the life that feels achievable and the more audacious possibilities you can pursue
Consider how your work and life can fit together in a way that reflects who you are now

Share your emerging vision with a trusted peer council and gain perspectives you may not see on your own
Identify promising possibilities for your next chapter without forcing yourself to choose one perfect answer too early
Learn to see reinvention as an iterative process rather than one high-stakes decision

Turn promising possibilities into small, low-risk experiments
Identify conversations, offers, projects, or opportunities you can test now
