The Actionable AI course is built around applying AI to real work rather than talking about it in the abstract. The most valuable part for me was the course project. Being asked to frame it as “I want to… / My ideal outcome is…” forced me to get specific about the business problem. Talking through ideas with other marketers gave me perspectives I wouldn’t have reached on my own, and I appreciated that we made time to discuss the ethics of using AI, not just the mechanics. Britney was always available for Qs and genuinely cheered us on throughout. I also enjoyed using Maven. The platform made it super easy to turn in homework and stay on track with the syllabus from week to week. I’d recommend it to any marketer who wants to use AI with purpose in their day-to-day work!

This class was awesome from start to finish. Britney is an incredible leader. She made complex AI concepts clear and approachable, kept every session engaging, and created space for real, hands-on learning. You can tell she cares about her students actually walking away with something useful, not just checking a box. I came in with some curiosity about AI and I’m leaving with real skills and capabilities I can put to work right away. More importantly, I have a foundation I’ll keep building on long after the course ends. As a digital product manager juggling multiple processes and systems, I already see dozens of ways to apply what I learned to my documentation, presentations, and strategy work.
