You have been handed a change to lead. A restructure, an AI rollout, a merger, a new way of working. The plan looks sound on paper but something tells you it will not land the way the slide deck promises.

That instinct is right.

Most change does not fail on the plan. It fails on the culture nobody read accurately first.

You have probably seen it. The tool that gets quietly worked around. The values on the wall that no one behaves by. The reorg that moved the boxes but not the behaviour. By the time the resistance shows up, the cultural damage is already set.

This course gives you what the change playbooks skip: (1) how to read your organisation's culture honestly before you try to move it, (2) how to tell real resistance from useful information, and (3) how to make change hold once attention moves on.

You will leave with a clear read of your own culture and an action plan built for your specific challenge, with coaching support to pursue it.

  • Apply a diagnostic question set to a current change you are facing through coaching call + in the live circle calls

  • Identify whose work changes most and the source of real authority + influence beyond the org chart

  • Trace the differences between compliance + genuine integration for culture change

  • Embed feedback checkpoints into your own action plan through live coaching calls

  • Shape your plan across the two live circle calls with input from professional peers

  • Refine it one-to-one in your action coaching call

  • Leverage culture resources to keep the work going after the course
