Sara Davison & Tyler Fisk build the workforce that build agent-native co's

We're not academics.
We're not influencers.
We're on-the-ground practitioners who build and deploy agentic AI systems every single day.

We teach what we do.
Live.
On camera.

Most AI courses teach tools. We teach you how to think like an architect who designs how work gets done by a team of agents.

Everything in our curriculum comes from real implementations across real companies: from small business to Fortune 50 including our own.

You're learning the frameworks, the failure modes, and the judgment calls that only come from doing this at scale with real stakes.

We run AI Build Lab as an agent-native company. Overnight agent fleets. Morning briefings compiled before coffee. We teach how we operate.
