Pre-Work (Week Before Kickoff)
Every team member installs Claude Code and completes a questionnaire that generates their personalized CLAUDE.md.
We interview the team lead to map your tools, workflows, and priorities; this shapes the entire program.
By Day 1, everyone has a working environment and we have a workflow map of your team.

Week 1 — Your Personal Agent
Live session (2.5 hrs): the mental model shift from chatbot to autonomous agent, deep customization of each person's CLAUDE.md, live task demos, and starter integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Slack).

Day 7 outcome: Every person has a personalized agent running a daily briefing.
