We make the design decisions together from model selection, temperature, knowledge base, guardrails, orchestration and you'll understand the reasoning behind every choice. You'll be able to explain the system you own.

Next 75 minutes : Live build:
We build your V1 versuion in real time while you collaborate. Agent configurations, system instructions, workflow wiring, knowledge base connections ... every decision materializes in front of you. By the end of this block, your system is running.

Final 15 minutes: Handoff:
We walk through what you've got, what it can do now, and the path from V1 to production-grade. A clear, prioritized roadmap.
