<p class="p2-tall">My goals for this course align with my new years resolution, to dedicate time to continuing education and improving my personal and professional intelligence I believe this will give me beneficial tools and a boost of professional confidence to take my career to the next level.  Leadership training has not been something I've done in the past so, communication skills, effective ways to gain your audience, organization of information in discussions with managers and executive management are just a few goals I have.  There is always room for improvement. I'm certain this course will give me more knowledge that can help build my confidence, improve my communications and time management to become a more effective leader.</p>
