    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">My "aha" moment" was doing a lot of "glue" work in the shadows. The result was a significant opportunity cost, and ironically, it often didn’t support my colleagues as effectively as I had intended!</p>

<p class="p2-tall">I have clear takeaways on how I can improve my strengths and weaknesses, such as communication, driving alignment, and navigating my career as an introvert.</p>
