Why I enrolled

I'm navigating a career transition after a long corporate career and am seeking greater clarity on what's next. I want to find meaningful, impact-driven work that aligns with my skills, experience, and values. My goal is to explore alternative paths, learn from others who have made similar pivots, and develop a roadmap for creating a meaningful next chapter.

A breakthrough moment

My biggest takeaway is that I don't need to keep searching for more opportunities. Over the past few months, I've explored broadly, met new people, and opened new doors. Now it's time to go deeper instead of wider.

I've chosen two meaningful opportunities, and rather than continuing to collect possibilities, I want to invest in these experiences and see what I learn from them.

I will commit to trust myself that by going deeper into these opportunities, the next step will become clearer.

What I’ll apply

I’m excited to put into practice the deeper self-awareness and clarity I gained through the course. The exercises helped me uncover patterns in what energizes me, what kind of environments help me thrive, and what I want to prioritize in this next phase of my career.
