<p class="p2-tall">Learn how to best provide value by introducing AI functionality to the UX strategy for products. How as UX practitioner I can guide my organization to use AI technologies in a way we provide value and not just for the sake of jumping into the wave.</p>

    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">I found it interesting how the concept of the escalator of knowledge so easily explains the goals of good UX. <br></p><p class="p2-tall">Reduce the gap for different type of users with different levels of expertise (Core vs Ring), and even considering different tool time vs goals. </p><p class="p2-tall"></p><p class="p2-tall">All the concepts in this session are super helpful and nicely interconnected.</p>
