My goal for this course<ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li>Build a user-centric PLG muscle that links UX decisions to growth impact.</li></ul>I expect to get<ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li>A clear framework to map user value to activation, retention, and monetization.</li><li>Practical experiment methods for key moments (first value, setup, aha).</li><li>Lightweight metrics to prioritize and align with stakeholders.</li></ul>Outcome I’m aiming for<ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li>A working growth backlog, stronger buy-in narrative, and a sustainable experiment pipeline that makes complex products feel simple and valuable.</li></ul>



<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
I’m excited to apply the 5-step analysis framework to my client projects — especially for activation flows. The structured approach helps me spot friction points faster and translate insights into testable hypotheses. Also planning to adapt the roadmap model for internal alignment.
