    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">I think that my biggest realization so far is that a good AI-supported analysis requires time and effort. It can have benefits and maybe save you time on the long term, but there is an upstart cost — formatting the data properly, describing your context, goals, analytical standards, considering whether to proceed in one go or in chunks, etc. <br>And so, for me as a researcher whose stakeholderse simply expect to be able to access and do their own analysis of insights via AI tools, I think the question becomes: how do I help them set up their efforts properly? What files and guidelines should I give them to ensure that all the AI-supported analyses that we carry out at the company are high quality?</p>
