Elena Luneva is a product and business leader who scales companies from an early stage through Scale-up and IPO. As the CPO at Braintrust, she transformed a talent marketplace into an AI-powered SaaS platform and talent community that serves 1.5 million professionals and generates $285 million in GSV. Previously, she built winning products, GTM, and teams at Nuna, Nextdoor, OpenTable, and BlackRock.

Today, she is a Fractional CPO, Advisor, and Executive Coach. She advises companies on product strategy, AI development, and GTM execution while helping product managers advance their careers through courses and coaching. Elena gives corporate training on AI enablement and Executive Presence. Elena holds a BS in Computer Science from NYU and an MBA from NYU/LBS.
