<p class="p2-tall">To standardize a cross-functional creative pipeline that appropriately and ethically incorporates AI/LLMs. Talegate has 4 departments: Managing Director's, Stories &amp; Channels, Marketing &amp; Revenue, Business &amp; Affairs Management. The pipeline must cross all departments AND support remote-first working.</p>

    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li><p class="p2-tall">-using multiple llms to compare and contrast. the differences are both astonishing and rewarding.</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">-loved the Creator/Thinking/Fast lane idea. very clarifying.</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Am gonna cheat a bit by saying "Louise Lawlor's list is GREAT</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Using 'temperature tuning' to move between 'most factual' to 'most extemporaneous'</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">The Anthropic videos are helpful, but frankly, are taking  lot more time than the 30 minute estimate.</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">We do need to dive more into 'ethical' and/or 'how to ethically notate or indicate when and where AI is used in &lt;name that thing.&gt;</p></li></ul>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Cycle 1 of the 6 cycle business/creative process is nearly ready to go. Will be putting all 6 cycles into practice by end of June.</p>
