<p class="p2-tall">My goal with this course is to improve how I execute and lead projects in real situations. I want a structured, reliable way to make solid decisions with incomplete information, stay aligned with stakeholders, and reduce avoidable risk.</p><p class="p2-tall"></p><p class="p2-tall">I also want to integrate AI in a practical, intentional way—to support my judgment, not replace it, so I can deliver consistent results and lead with confidence under pressure.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’m excited to put into practice a more deliberate approach to stakeholder alignment—specifically mapping stakeholders by priorities, influence, and risk, and tailoring communication so each group clearly understands why the work matters to them. I also plan to apply clearer message framing in high-stakes conversations, being more explicit about decisions, ownership, and trade-offs to reduce ambiguity and prevent misalignment.</p><p class="p2-tall"></p>
