Claude Code for Customer Insights

<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Understand how to create processes for Claude Code to support research analysis, combining qual data with other data sources e.g. survey data or support tickets and using agents to break tasks into manageable chunks.  Understand where the limitations are of this approach and what it is less useful for.  Understand how to overcome the say/do gap for usability studies e.g. if a transcript is saying one thing, but the onscreen behaviour shows another entirely.  Learn how this approach can work for multi-market research e.g. same study across multiple markets e.g. English vs Non English speaking markets.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Chaining workflows together is something I want to get into properly. The discipline of stepping back before diving in, sketching or listing out the process first, then building with reusability in mind across projects. I'm also much better informed about the say/do gap and working with folder structures in a way that actually scales. A lot to experiment with. Thank you Caitlin! 🙏</p>
