Claude Code for Customer Insights

<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Using Claude code a lot in analysis already, based on the process from Caitlin's previous course (AI customer research analysis). Would like to have this better integrated into an customer insights system. By having the analysis and synthesis part right, I hope to transfer this knowledge to the broader research process. Next to this, I would like to get a better understanding of skills.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Want to run a first project using the folder/claude.md/rules setup.</p><p class="p2-tall">Want to learn how I can apply it in collaboration with other product disciplines (e.g. product management, design) to have one integrated system instead of a research focussed system.</p>
