Self-Paced: How to Become a Supermanager with AI

Product Leader (Whoop, Dropbox, Big Health)

Why I enrolled

What I’ll apply

Prioritization before automation. You’re increasingly asking, “Is this work I should be doing at all?” before asking AI to make it faster.

Turning repeated judgment into reusable systems. You’ve built skills around weekly updates, meeting agendas, self-reviews, 1:1s and problem breakdowns instead of solving the same problem from scratch every time.

Defining “good” before generating. You’ve been creating explicit success criteria and pass/fail standards—especially for executive updates, agendas and performance reviews—rather than accepting whatever AI produces.

Using AI as a thinking partner on strategic work. On things like your global operating model, agentic AI strategy and technology resourcing, you’re using AI to challenge assumptions, surface tradeoffs and improve the decision—not just draft the final communication.

Scaling your leadership through your team. A lot of your recent work has shifted from “How do I use AI?” to “How do I help my leaders and PMs think better with AI?” That’s exactly the more advanced management application the course is pushing toward.

Providing better context. You’ve been deliberately creating company context, role context, OKRs, writing style and workflow instructions so AI can operate with more of the information a strong direct report would need.
