Hiring Mastery

Talgo

Why I enrolled

I'm looking to sharpen my candidate evaluation skills, extracting stronger data from interviews that will help me make better hiring decisions. I'd also like to get better at designing interview scorecards. I'm familiar with this method of interviewing, but I'm looking to gain a deeper understanding that I can bring back to my Talent/People team and hiring managers.

What I’ll apply

We were already incorporating some Talgo best practices into our talent evaluation process, but since attending Hiring Mastery, I've been able to further tweak our processes and am already seeing the improvements. Next, I'm excited to take some of these learnings and share them with frequent hiring managers as we think about how to better train our team.
