<p class="p2-tall">Twofold:</p><ol class="list-decimal ml-8"><li><p class="p2-tall">Creating a clearer behavioral system toward the achievement of my career goals, including completing writing my second book, upgrading my coaching platform.</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">To integrate UBM with my own coaching philosophy to help athletes enhance performance. </p></li></ol><p class="p2-tall">Personally I will use UBM to be consistent with health goals related to nutrition an exercise. I have followed Martin's work for several years and learned so much and I am excited to learn the UBM model. </p><p class="p2-tall"></p>

<p class="p2-tall">I am looking forward to taking one behavior that will most determine my effectiveness toward a goal. I am also now more aware of current behaviors and where they came from and how to create new behavioral patterns. </p>
