<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
In 1997, I caught the HTML wave and stood up a career (hello UIE!). Almost 30 years on, we've reached the shore and the new wave is already here. My goal is to do more than swim in it. My goal is to learn how to use AI strategically in my work. My goal is to make AI happen for me, not happen to me.


 <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3>I can't pick just one.Present-day Ai is incapable of creating anything new.I don't know isn't in any of the models' vocabulary.AI all the things is a solution-first approach; improving outcomes requires a problem-first mindset.We'll eventually look back on this moment as another awkward technological transition. We're trying to run when we haven't yet figured out how to crawl. Prompt engineering won't serve us in the long run. Remember when we tried doing it like 2025?Edna isn't a real person. 🥲


<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
I hope that sharing the Kano Model with others will renew the team's focus on building things that generate delight for customers.
