<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">My goals are twofold. First, I want to continue to deepen my fluency in Leading Like a Futurist; with belonging so I can <em>design for it</em>. In my own ventures, in consulting work, and in the communities I’m building. I know how much belonging shapes whether teams thrive or fracture, especially during transitions, and I want practical tools to create those conditions with more intention.</p><p class="p2-tall">Second, I want to apply this learning to my personal life. As a mom watching my daughter navigate a tough peer landscape in her last year of elementary school, I see every day how belonging (or the lack of it) shapes confidence and risk-taking. I want to carry these insights across both work and home to model, translate, and practice belonging in ways that ripple beyond me.</p>
