My goals for this course<ol class="list-decimal ml-8"><li>Gain clarity &amp; confidence on how design effectively functions at an executive level. </li><li>Leave with a short-term and long-term plan for growing the team and department.</li><li>Be better equipped with knowledge of what infrastructure is needed to best showcase Design from an ROI and business gain perspective to the c-suite.</li><li>Have a better understanding of what I bring as a leader to better leverage my strengths and be able to work on my weaknesses. </li></ol>

I have already begun implementing intentional strategy with a leadership map and shifted some things in who we are hiring next. I'm eager to come up with a Design Team principles, mission, and clear team expectations to set us up with a solid foundation.
