My Goals are :
1.To strengthen the foundation that I have, fill gaps that I have in my understanding of AI and its ability to enhance productivity within an operational business environment.
2. Improving in engagement within our kaimahi to support adoption of AI in business in a positive way that aligns with our customer outcomes.
3.Gain more exposure to additional tools that could add value to our business.
4.To gain insights and strategies around keeping the AI evolution in our business, people centric, ensuring we don't just assume we can replace our people and their wealth of knowledge and capability with AI



<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
All of it, rethinking how we redesign processes. Your point about just adding AI to an existing process was a lightbulb for me. Created lots of good questions. The mother prompt is now my best friend!Making sure I am following the right structure in prompting. Joining the academy to keep the learning going and sharing my learnings with my team to support a general capability uplift.
