Game Production – Think Like a Game Producer & Ship Games!

<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I want to gain a solid understanding of how the video game industry works, focusing on game production and how to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders like design, art, and development teams.</p><p class="p2-tall">I have over five years of experience as a Project Manager in other industries, with skills in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and team coordination. I’m eager to learn the industry-specific context and processes so I can start my career as a junior producer and grow in the field I’ve been passionate about since childhood.</p>

    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">For me, an aha moment happens when I truly understand the core game loop and start enjoying the mechanics at a deeper level. It’s that moment when I stop just playing and begin experimenting, trying different strategies, optimizing systems, and discovering emergent possibilities. That’s when the real value of a game reveals itself.</p>
