<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I'm looking for the next evolution of what Adobe has created for the design industry but with a more community driven aspect. I started using Figma 5 years ago and I'm blown away at the strides that it has made for other creatives and not just UX/UI. Bringing this type of flexibility and power to an in-house creative/design team and establishing its place within a design workflow is my top priority. I am also currently working to grow my UX/UI skills to become a bridge between my product/dev and creative teams.</p>

    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">I'm watching last nights meeting video and Dave asked a fantastic question about coming from a graphic design background and feeling a bit overwhelmed at the beginning of the design process in wanting to design proactively and in the most efficient way but feeling like that gets in the way of the creative iteration process. Your answers, Katie and Joey, were really helping and reassuring that that's not what this is about. We are learning skills and tips to make it faster as we go along and learn to feel comfortable in this program. I've so many great ideas of how to optimize some of my teams templates and workflows, so I don't need to be designing with a complete design system right off the bat. This is a great reminder! Thanks!</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I am looking forward to the new organization of asset libraries, being able to work more closely with my companies Product team, and immersing myself more into the Figma community to learn more about plugins. I think Figma is a massive part of the future of design and I'm excited to have this course to use as reference material moving forward. </p>
