Why I enrolled

How can we as project managers use AI responsibly by differentiating tasks that are human-owned, human-owned but aided with AI, and tasks that can only be done via AI? How do weigh the climate impacts of each task that has used AI to encourage responsible and thoughtful use?

A breakthrough moment

It was really fascinating to see how quickly transnational governments moved to develop and approve policies on AI, use-cases, and development of data centers. The common theme, however, is the issue around enforcement of these policies and how to deter institutions from diverting from the goals they agreed to comply with.

What I’ll apply

The decision tree! It's easy to start from the basics and think about how we are going to apply this to our office's approach to AI-use.
