<p>I've got strong values, here’s what I want to get out of this course:</p>
<ul>
<li>Learn how to push back on stakeholder asks that conflict with my principles (e.g. features that amplify bias) in a way that’s persuasive, not confrontational.</li>
<li>Build a vision and strategy that centers equity, inclusion, and impact — not just growth or monetization.</li>
<li>Develop the language to argue business cases for initiatives that benefit underrepresented groups (e.g. accessibility, inclusive features) so they’re seen as core, not optional luxuries.</li>
<li>Use the capstone to build something that aligns with my mission (e.g. a product or roadmap slice for women or children or underserved communities) — something I'm proud to show off.</li>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Well, as soon as I start a new job I will be starting from the begining with measuring the metrics that I want or am expected to affect and make sure that the teams I work with understand what our goals/vision are.  If I can do a better job of tracking the metrics that matter I will be able to not only affect the change the business needs but also be able to give accolades to those that took that journey with me - win win for all!</p>
