<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">My objective is to learn how to shape and scale AI-driven business transformation in a digital organization. I want to understand how AI changes operating models, organizational capabilities, roles, skills, governance, workflows, and collaboration. The goal is to gain practical frameworks to prepare the organization for the AI era and move from isolated AI experimentation toward scalable transformation with measurable impact on business performance, product velocity, team effectiveness, and digital customer experience.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">There is a lot I am excited to put into practice, and I am still processing many of the ideas from the course. One key takeaway for me is to identify and empower the “heroes” or champions in my organization who can help drive AI adoption forward. I also want to continue educating myself and lead by example when it comes to using AI in daily work.</p><p class="p2-tall">I am especially inspired by the idea of shaping the organization in a way where product, design, and engineering work even closer together, contribute more directly to building solutions, and become faster and more efficient as one team. I also want to explore how we can build agents and automate workflows to make the organization more effective.</p><p class="p2-tall">As a next step, I plan to discuss my thoughts with my direct reports, share what inspired me most, and identify together which ideas we can realistically start to pursue.</p>
