<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
You should know sales better than Sales (c) Game-changer, there are no way you succeed in growth in b2b (neither in PLG nor in SLG) if you don't know your customer well enough! ICP definition first. Freemium, trials, and interactive demos - brought clarity in when and what is better to use. PLG Strategy for Uppermarket (case shown during the session) brought hope and support, that the move towards PLG won't be fast and shouldn't be purely PLG at first.
