    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">1) Seeing that I lack the prerequisites to launch OKR´s effectively </p><ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li><p class="p2-tall">Strategy OKR aligns growth focus; Agile OKR ensures nimbleness and learning; Empowered Teams OKR ensures execution muscle; Safety OKR ensures culture supports OKRs; Metrics OKR ensures progress is visible.; Strong Indicators OKR ensures progress is meaningful.<br></p></li></ul><p class="p2-tall">2) Reflecting on previous OKRs in module 2 and seeing if they are either a task or a result as well as if they are they weak or strong indicators and if they Are they lagging or leading indicators. </p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Definitely all of my learning is pure hands-on practice. Not easy at all to implement so if we could reach out as a cohort to touch base in a while, feel will bring value in order to give us a helping hand. </p>
