<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
Learning GoalsI’m taking this course because I want to grow into a designer who creates impact beyond the work I personally produce.My goals are:<ol class="list-decimal ml-8"><li>Strengthen my ability to lead through influence. I want to become someone who can align cross-functional partners, shape product direction, and build momentum around ideas without relying on a management/leadership title.</li><li>Develop stronger strategic thinking. I want to get better at identifying high-leverage opportunities, connecting design work to business outcomes, and focusing my time on problems that create the greatest organizational impact.</li><li>Improve my executive communication. I want to learn how to communicate ideas more effectively with senior leadership, tailoring my message to different audiences and building confidence when presenting strategic work.</li><li>Better understand what differentiates Staff-level work from where I am today. I want to leave this course with a clearer mental model of how Staff designers prioritize, make decisions, and multiply the impact of the teams around them.</li><li>Create a concrete growth plan. I want to identify specific behaviors and habits that I can apply immediately in my role to continue growing as a strategic design leader.</li></ol>
