Why I enrolled

I'm scaling from founder-operator to enterprise-scale executive: five production AI platforms and a 0 to 1 Financial Cognitive Infrastructure play (FinancialOS) across fintech, compliance, healthcare, and semiconductor EDA, with 35+ enterprise customers and Big-4/J&J reference logos. My gap isn't product or architecture — it's converting technical depth into board-level narrative: defensible GTM sequencing for FinancialOS pre-launch, financial cases that survive CFO scrutiny on agent COGS and outcome pricing, and portfolio allocation across five mature platforms plus a 0 to 1 bet. I want frameworks for executive presence and influence that hold up when governance (EU AI Act, ISO 42001) is now a procurement gate, not a compliance afterthought — and a repeatable AI Executive Stack to compress the CXO-alignment cycle. Target outcome: leave able to run FinancialOS and the broader portfolio as a business, not just a roadmap — positioning for CPO scope.

What I’ll apply

I'm excited to start every product bet with explicit assumptions, ROI and forecast modeling, then use portfolio allocation to decide where to invest. I'll apply this to the AI products I lead and to my new assignment, so my roadmap decisions are backed by numbers I can defend.
