<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’ve been feeling lost in my company lately—and, to be honest, a bit disheartened. It’s a large software firm with a wide range of projects across healthcare, travel, and finance. After nearly three years here, I’m still struggling to demonstrate the full value of UX Research.</p><p class="p2-tall">About a month ago, the company’s president announced a major investment in AI, aimed at acquiring tools and exploring new solutions for our projects. I’m trying to view this as an opportunity to join a more strategic conversation—one that could shape the future of design and product within the organization.</p>
