Why I enrolled

Currently working as a Group Product Manager at an early-stage startup, , I am transitioning from an IC to Leadership role with high executive presence. After a 30min lightening session by Amit Fulay, I knew he would be able to provide clear, actionable steps for me to perform best in my new role as well as in the ever-changing AI world. Looking forward to learning from all my peers and of course, Amit.

What I’ll apply

Given I am working in a startup, I think a narrative doc for my team would help the org understand how my team needs to be present in conversations & how they can leverage my team

The Archetype-influence map is something I will constantly use in a growing org as we are expanding the team almost on a quarterly basis

Personally, I will reflect upon SF-KF with my peer group as well as friends & family, which will definitely help me understand myself better

I will definitely start working on my reach in my +1 circle which, in my case, will likely be the industry and I hope to start building a personal brand soon :)

Most importantly, I will super keen to implement strategies learnt in the course to manage my time and myself better, so that I can show up better for myself and my team
