<p class="p2-tall">I have chosen a technical leadership path and have received feedback that growing my influence is key for reaching the next level. Something Eric said in the intro video really resonated with me - specifically, his experience of seeing leadership make poor decisions and not being able to influence them. As I work toward advancing in my role, I recognize that strengthening my ability to influence is a critical skill I need to develop in order to be successful.</p>
