Will Leatherman
Founder at Catalyst Content, building content systems for B2B GTM teams
Most demo requests come from a buyer who already picked you. The form sits in a queue for 26 to 40 hours on average, and Clay found 68% never got a reply at all.
This is the agent we built live. It reads each new form fill, researches the company and the person on their public pages, scores the fit against your rules and writes a one page brief with a draft reply. The drafts wait for a person to approve them. Nothing sends on its own.
Any fit check the agent can’t confirm from a page counts as not met. It never guesses, and every fact it writes down carries the link it came from.
Set aside about 30 minutes to put it to work. The agent is a text file, so there is nothing to install beyond Claude.
What’s in the download:
fit-rules.md, the five fit checks. Ours is the example, so you replace it with yours
us.md, the facts about your company the replies are allowed to use
reply-rules.md, how every draft reply is written
agents/researcher.md, the agent that researches, scores and drafts
Three sample leads and the finished briefs and replies, so you can see the output before you run your own
reply-time.md, a ten minute check of how long your replies take today
BUILD_STEPS.md with every prompt, in order, and PREREQUISITES.md
Who built it. Will Leatherman is the founder of Catalyst GTM Agency, which builds the content systems that get B2B companies named in AI answers. Catalyst watches inbound all day, and this is the workflow it runs on its own forms.

Research and draft a reply to every demo request before a rep opens it. You approve, nothing sends alone.
